Perhaps you are spooked by the current "economy" and are looking to move into precious metals. Maybe you have even heard of a company called “ausecure.com”, but you do not really know much about them or what they do.
So, who (or what) is ausecure.com? Are they still a thing? How great is their support? Can they give you a helping hand?
Lets's dive in, shall we?
Category: precious metals
According to the BBB, they have been in business for nine years and have an A+ rating as well.
- Gold bullion
- Silver buillion
- Platinum bullion*
- Palladium bullion*
- Gold coins
- Silver coins
(Asterisks were added since their site appears to have "platinum" and "palladium" pages but they don't seem have any products listed on either of them- basically, a "blank" page, if you will.)
Here's a blurb from their "about" page:
"Our mission is to provide people with the opportunity to freely buy and sell physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium anywhere in the world through new technologies and innovation. We are engineering a global service that will give everyone a transparent point of execution that is backed by tangible value." - ausecure.com
Not sure what they meant by "transparent point of execution" though.
At any rate...
Here are some of the most trusted review and rating sites and the scores they have given ausecure.com, respectively:
Yelp Score: 3/5
BBB rating: A+
Here's a blurb from their BBB page:
"Ausecure, LLC is a gold, silver, and platinum dealer that assists individuals in diversifying their investment profile through the purchase, storage, and sale of precious metals. They sell bullion and coins in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, online and in person." - BBB.com
According to one review on Yelp, there seemed to be an issue with their order:
"I went to chat and was assured what was on the webpage was correct and there was an abundant supply available. I was delighted. I ordered a small batch of Swiss Libertas [1883-1896] gold 20 franc gold coins. ... Then what arrived were Swiss Vrenelis [1897-1949] gold 20 franc coins. Maybe a mistake, but hard to believe from a competent, established dealer. In marketing when it is intentional, which I strongly suspect this was, it is called bait 'n' switch." - Yelp reviewer named "D T."
However, the other yelp reviewer name "Mike" gave them a five out of five, so perhaps this first review should be taken with a grain of salt.
If you want to get a really specific coin, like the reviewer who had an issue was trying to get, you may want to ask more than once for them to clarify what you would be getting.
Here are some "Pros and Cons"
- A plus rating from the BBB
- Their site seems relatively easy to navigate
- If that Yelp review is accurate, it sounds like you might have to get more clarification before ordering super specific coins, just to double verify what you are really getting.
- It looks like they might be potentially out of stock of platinum and palladium at the moment, if you are looking for that sort of thing.
Is it a scam?
It'd be extremely hard to say whether "asecure.com" is a scam or not. The website seems credible but is missing a little info about some of their offerings, like platinum and palladium. Maybe they are just not the most tech-savvy and don't know how to update these pages.
Ausecure.com seems like a real company, but, as always, you should do your own due diligence.
Are there better options?
If you are on the lookout to diversify or re-up your stack, Goldco might be a great choice. They also offer cryptocurrency if you like that sort of stuff. But their “bread and butter” is primarily gold and silver. They know how to “walk the talk and talk the talk” when it comes to precious metals and are no nonsense people. Who doesn’t like that, right?
Goldco (also known as Goldco Precious Metals) is a trusted and experienced full-service precious metals firm. Moreover, it is specialized in taking care of gold and silver IRAs. Also, they offer precious metals to be sold directly to their customers.
Any final words?
No precious metals company is ever gonna be picture-perfect. What company could be? Each one of them can offer a unique way of doing things, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The goal is to find someone that adheres to your own standards as well as someone that can provide you with the exact thing you are on the lookout for. Feel free to give ausecure.com a shot if you believe they are more than capable of providing an excellent service. Its just important to know ALL the risks by reading every review that is given, especially on 3rd party review sites.

Top Recommended Precious Metals Firm!
Goldco has received an absolutely wild amount of rewards and recognition. Not only that, they probably offer the greatest “Gold IRA” service out there- not to mention their storage options are some of the most sophisticated you will ever hear of. After all, storage is something you will have to consider- having a large truck pull up to your house with a stack of shiny gold bars might not be the best idea you have ever had.
If you are sitting on the fence about who you should work with when it comes to getting into precious metals, feel free to give them a ring and they can answer any questions you might have, all for free. They even have a nifty little “gold kit” they can ship to you completely free of charge (no strings attached), which you can request by hopping over here.
