Gold Avenue is the MKS PAMP GROUP’s online retailer. MKS PAMP GROUP is a well-known name in the industry of precious metals. Gold Avenue is mostly known for providing precious metals related solutions.

The company has a team with 20 members who are all experts. They are responsible for making the solutions as transparent as possible to earn the clients’ trust for their company.

They have spent more than 60 years trying to develop and innovate various approaches to improve their services. 

According to the owners of Gold Avenue, they started the company so they could reach out to their clients and win them by serving them precious metals that are from a direct source.

This type of gold company provides fewer services than some (such as the company selected as the top choice), but when there is less gap between the source of precious metals and end-users, there is a possibility that the delivery of products and the services would cost less.

Gold Avenue has a wide array of precious metals options in different categories such as:

• Gold - when you purchase Gold Avenue’s gold, you will get free storage in Switzerland.
• Silver - if you’re looking for silver, Gold Avenue also has it and it can also be stored in Switzerland.
• Platinum.
• Palladium.

Storage Services

Gold Avenue gives free storage for any precious metals purchase you make on their website, it’s up to 10 kgs and no charged commission.

The company’s storage vaults can be found at PAPM Refinery, Switzerland.

For customers who do not want or need their precious metals stored within the U.S., this could be an option. (Those who have gold IRAs must store their metals at a secure depository that meets regulations within the United States.

Be sure to work with a reputable company such as Goldco, who are specialists in gold IRA transactions.)

All their clients’ precious metals that are stored with them are most of the time physically moved in segregated vaults.

You can redeem your precious metals from the company at any time, when you feel like it, with just one click.

Or you may also have it delivered to you, the company will give you a serial number for the ingots.

Somewhere in your account, you can download a storage certificate. This will serve as proof of ownership of the products you’ve stored in their vaults.

To guarantee your products’ safety, the company does an inspection of the vaults every day.

If you store precious metals that are beyond 10 kgs, a 0.3% commission on the products will incur yearly. It is usually billed quarterly, the minimum amount is 50 CHF.

Currently, Gold Avenue only has ratings and reviews listed in its Facebook Profile and Trustpilot.

It does not appear to exist in any other rating websites such as BBB, BCA or TrustLink.

If you go to Trustpilot, you will see a lot of reviews that say the company is trustworthy.

It has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot based on 1,260 1,348 reviews at the time of this writing (November 2022).

It seems that they are a genuine company.
