How Is Universal Coin & Bullion’s Support?

A company’s ability to assist its clients even at times when the client isn’t happy says so much about the company’s outlook. This is why customers and future customers should always look at what past clients say about a brand’s customer service.

As for Universal Coin & Bullion, it’s hard to give their customer support a big thumbs up especially since there are complainants saying they did not get a call back when they needed them.

Also, Universal Coin & Bullion doesn’t have a live chat feature on their website. This means that you can’t quickly get a response when you contact them with something.

Final Verdict on Universal Coin & Bullion: NOT A SCAM

Rating: 3 stars out of 5

Universal Coin & Bullion is a stable company with happy clients. The reason they are only getting 3 stars from us is because of the complaints.

There is also not a lot of reviews and ratings online to make up for the complaints.

No company is perfect but it would make clients be at peace about transacting with them if there isn’t any complaints about them and if there is a lot of reviews to base their decisions from.
