Michael White established Goldpro in Vidor, Texas. The company is partnered up with several wholesale companies to provide good services, as well as to ensure the smooth transport of precious metal products from one location to another in the U.S.

Mr. White has a well-decorated background and experience in the world of finance, also in precious metals. He launched his career into the industry by being broker of one of the country's biggest precious metals firms.

However, during his 5-year time with the said company, he observed that other brokers marked up the precious metals to extremely high prices without transparency.

This contradicted his Christian values, which led Mr. White to leave the company. His main goal was to help clients in maximizing the returns on their investments to secure their futures.

After leaving that company, Mr. White worked at Merrill Lynch as a traditional investment advisor where he became a top performer. But, he just felt that it wasn't his calling. He realized that his passion is working with precious metals.

GoldPro gives you the choice to sell your gold and silver products to them.

As one of the major companies that sell precious metals in various forms such as rare coins, bullions, and numismatics, GoldPro wants to develop trust with their clients.

GoldPro Shipping Options

When you have chosen the products you want to buy and paid for them already, GoldPro will have to wait for them to receive your money. Once they do, they will start to process the shipping right away.

They will pack your orders and send them to the address indicated in your account. Usually it would take 28 business days unless your location will take a shorter amount of time.

There are certain situations in which there could be any delays on the shipping. GoldPro will then ask the clients to allow up to 50 business days to receive the orders.

Take note that all of the orders from the company are fully insured by GoldPro itself. The insurance policy covers anything that will happen to the packages during the shipping.

However, if the client did specify to just have the package be left outside of their house without being signed, or leave it with someone else, then GoldPro will not hold any liability to whatever happens to the package when the package will not be in your possession.

Currently, GoldPro only has reviews and ratings from two websites.

As you observed above, GoldPro has good ratings from Trustpilot but it has a very bad rating in BBB. This is because of the several complaints it received.

Moreover, there is a current alert against it about a pattern of complaint. There have been a series of similar complaints from various clients.

Clients have alleged that they paid their orders in full but they either not received the packages or not delivered in a timely manner.

Moreover, GoldPro failed to provide tracking numbers of the orders, and failed to honor refunds. Apart from that, GoldPro never answered any calls or helped with their concerns.

In fact, currently, the website is down and is not accessible. And lastly, it has been discovered that there is a new business that uses the same phone number that GoldPro used! The new business name is called Big Thicket Coin And Bullion.

This is truly indeed alarming and I suggest that for the meantime, you steer away from purchasing precious metals from GoldPro. Take it from these clients.

Is GoldPro a scam?

Let me conclude this GoldPro Review with my answer to this question. GoldPro is not a scam. It is a legit and genuine precious metals company that offers good products and services. It did offer real products.

However, currently, there have been a lot of reports and complaints against it. In BBB, it received an F rating and is not BBB accredited.

Furthermore, a lot of clients have shared similar complaints, which led to the BBB alert on the company.

First and foremost, the company failed to deliver products or not deliver them on a timely manner. Also, they failed to address the concerns of their clients. No answered calls and even the website is down!

And there is this discovery of a new business in town with the same phone number. It could be possible that they are the same company but just a different name.
