The fee varies depending on the product and the amount that you purchase.

US Money Reserve Review: Shipping Services

U.S. Money Reserve usually ships its products via the US Postal Service or UPS.

The US Postal Service can ship to a P.O. Box.

However, UPS can only ship to physical addresses.

The shipping method may vary depending on your orders.

Moreover, all orders are fully insured and require a signature when delivered.

U.S. Money Reserve charges a flat shipping fee for all orders.

The fee is currently $15 for orders under $500, and the company will waive the fees for orders over $500.

US Money Reserve Review: Storage Services

The company lets you choose to store your precious metals at home

They will deliver your precious metals in a secure container, and you will be responsible for its storage

Don't worry; the US Money Reserve will provide guidelines on how to do that!

US Money Reserve does not have storage services; they only do it through third-party storage.

You will have access to your precious metals 24/7 in the secure facility through an online portal, which you can access on the website.

The facilities are secured, and the US Money Reserve will ensure your metals have their total value in storage.

Educational Services

The company takes pride in educating its customers and clients.

With that, they have specific educational resources and materials on their website, which are free to access for everyone.

You can look at the free gold information kit and their video room, which contains helpful videos about precious metals, client testimonials, and US Money Reserve news.

Their videos are also informative and easy to understand.

They even cover topics such as identifying counterfeit coins and protecting your precious metals from theft.

US Money Reserve Customer Service

US Money Reserve is one of the USA's leading and biggest precious metal companies, primarily because of its impeccable customer service.

Customer satisfaction is a priority with them.

Firstly, the company offers a unique buyback guarantee, allowing customers to return any precious metal products within 30 days of purchasing.

Note that the products you buy from the US Money Reserve should be in sealed containers and that the refund is only the item price.

The customer service team is knowledgeable about precious metals.

They are always responsive and willing to answer your questions and help you with your needs because they are available 24/7.

The CEO of the company is Angela Roberts, who is the first and only female CEO in the precious metals industry.

She was even featured in Forbes.

US Money Reserve Affiliate Program

Unfortunately, the US Money Reserve does not have an affiliate program.

Therefore, there are no partnership opportunities and receiving commissions from sales generated.

However, they have a referral program that works similarly to an affiliation.

The referral program allows anyone to earn money by referring anyone to the US Money Reserve's website.

When they make a purchase, you will earn a commission on the sale.

You can share your links anywhere and even embed them in blogs and posts.

The said referral commission is about 5% of the purchase price.

Is US Money Reserve US Mint?

No. This is a common misconception between the two.

The US Money Reserve has no affiliations with the US Mint or the US government.

However, the company is one of the country's most prominent dealers and distributors of US precious metals and coins.

Be aware that the US Mint is NOT BBB accredited.

They have a similar website called American Mint, but this website appears to be a scam because I have read a lot of negative comments about it.

Does this mean the US Money Reserve is a scam?

Probably not, but it's a red flag!

US Money Reserve Reviews and Ratings (Updated March 2024)

US Money Reserve BBB rating

U.S. Money Reserve Review BBB new rating May 30

Currently, the US Money Reserve's BBB rating has declined to 3.82 out of 5-star ratings, based on 51 reviews.

Moreover, it received six complaints in the last 12 months.

This rating is underwhelming for a company that has been in the industry for quite some time.

Nevertheless, the US Money Reserve has an A+ BBB rating and has been accredited since 2020.

US Money Reserve BCA rating

U.S. Money Reserve Review 2023 May BCA Rating

Another rating that the US Money Reserve has online is from BCA.

However, it only received seven reviews with an average rating of 4 out of 5.

Although 4/5 is good, the sample size of the reviewers could be bigger, making it less impressive if we compare it to the other precious metal companies.

US Money Reserve Complaints

US Money Reserve has had multiple complaints from dissatisfied customers.

But it is important to note that this does not make the company a scam.

The number of positive experiences still outnumbers the negative ones.

However, it is essential to know what sentiments previous customers had with US Money Reserve to know what tendencies can occur when investing with them.

As you can see, a customer has complained that her grandmother was a victim of high-pressure sales tactics, and worse is that the melt value of the gold that arrived isn't the exact value that was ordered.

US Money Reserve Employee Reviews

The US Money Reserve has a mixed rating on employee review websites.

Some employees have shared grateful and positive sentiments, praising the company's commission structure and excellent training.

However, some complained about the high-pressure and stressful sales environment and overload on work.

US Money Reserve Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Accepts rollovers for existing 401(k)s accounts
  • Has online resources
  • Wide variety of products
  • Good ratings and reviews

Cons

  • Annual fees
  • Lacks ratings and reviews
  • Has some complaints in BBB and Reddit
  • Even the employees have negative reviews

Is US Money Reserve a Scam?

In conclusion, I'll ensure that the US Money Reserve is not a scam. It is a legit precious metals company run by veterans in the industry. Moreover, it offers good products and services.

Although it has good ratings and reviews, it only got these from two websites, BBB and BCA.

Moreover, the company did receive an alarming number of complaints posted in BBB.

Additionally, the lawsuit I mentioned earlier is a big red flag.

So, it's a legit company that is unreliable!

We have reviewed over 200 companies; the one that stands out is Augusta Precious Metals.

They have a lot of positive reviews and high ratings; you should check them out!
